Vendor Policy

Welcome to Customize Your Trucks Marketplace! As a vendor, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a trustworthy, transparent, and competitive marketplace for all buyers and sellers. By listing products or conducting business on customizeyourtrucks.com, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Vendor Registration & Eligibility

Vendors must provide accurate business, tax, and contact information during registration and keep it up to date.
All vendors must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace requirements.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and business details at any time.

2. Product Listings & Content Standards

All products must be accurately described, categorized (year, make, model), and include clear images (with rights to use them).
Listings must be unique; no duplicate or misleading listings are allowed.
Descriptions must be honest and not infringe on intellectual property rights.
Performance parts must include accurate engine fitment details.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and pricing.

3. Pricing & MAP Compliance

Vendors must comply with all Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies set by manufacturers or the marketplace.
Pricing must be fair, transparent, and competitive; price gouging is not permitted.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Vendors must process and ship orders promptly, providing tracking information to buyers.
Shipping methods and rates must be clearly stated and honored as described in your listings.
Turn5 vendors: Orders must ship to commercial addresses only; inventory and fulfillment are the vendor’s responsibility.
Vendors must notify the marketplace of any delays or issues immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Service

Vendors must honor the marketplace’s return and refund policy, as well as any vendor-specific terms displayed on product pages.
All customer inquiries must be responded to within 2 business days.
Vendors are expected to resolve disputes in good faith; the marketplace may mediate if necessary.
For Turn5 products, all returns must be processed through the marketplace, not directly to Turn5.

6. Prohibited Products & Activities

No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items may be listed.
No misleading, inaccurate, or offensive content is allowed.
No spamming, manipulation, or fraudulent activity will be tolerated.
No use of unauthorized images, text, or trademarks.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Vendors may only use images, text, and content they have rights to or that are provided by the manufacturer for marketing and listings.
All content submitted to the marketplace may be used for promotional purposes.
Turn5 content (product images and copy) cannot be used in advertising—vendors must create unique listings.

8. Vendor Ratings & Reviews

Buyers may leave ratings and reviews for vendors and products.
Vendors may not manipulate, falsify, or incentivize reviews.
Consistently poor ratings may result in review, suspension, or removal from the marketplace.

9. Fees & Commissions

Vendors are subject to the marketplace’s commission structure, as outlined during registration and in the vendor dashboard.
All fees and commissions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Failure to comply with marketplace policies may result in suspension, removal of listings, or termination of vendor privileges.
Vendors may request account closure at any time by contacting contact@customizeyourtrucks.com.
