Return & Refund Policy

At Customize Your Trucks Marketplace, we strive to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Because we partner with multiple vendors and offer both new and used parts, our return and refund process may vary depending on the item and seller. Please review the details below before making your purchase.

General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Used Parts: All sales of used parts are final unless the item is defective or not as described. Please review each product listing for specific return eligibility.
  • Vendor-Specific Policies: Some brands and products may have additional return restrictions or processes. Please refer to the product page for any vendor-specific notes.
  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@customizeyourtrucks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
  • Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the vendor’s policy. This will be disclosed during the return process.

Vendor-Specific Return Notes

  • Turn5 (AmericanTrucks, ExtremeTerrain, Ecklers): All returns for these brands must be processed through Customize Your Trucks. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; refunds requested after 30 days will be issued as store credit only. Items must be shipped to a commercial address, and oversized/freight items may incur additional fees.
  • SD Wheel, AXE Wheels, and Other Vendors: Returns are generally accepted for new, unused items within 30 days. Please contact us for vendor-specific instructions or requirements.
  • Custom or Special-Order Items: These items may not be eligible for return except in the case of defects or order errors.

Refunds

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For some vendors (e.g., Turn5), refunds after 30 days may be issued as store credit.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return for refunds to be processed.

Exchanges & Defective Items

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
